Returns & Right of Withdrawal Policy

At Triumph & Disaster, we take every effort to ensure the quality of our products and that your purchase arrives in perfect condition. If you experience any issue with your order, we will do our utmost to resolve it promptly.

We stand behind our products and strive to provide the highest quality modern apothecary and skincare products. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be suitable for your needs.

Returns

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.

To arrange any return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the issue.

Returned goods should be securely packaged. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

European Union Consumers – Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us and provide:

Your full name
Your order number
The products you wish to return
A clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase

Upon receipt of your withdrawal request, we will acknowledge your request by email.

You must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you notified us of your decision to withdraw.

If you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you for the returned products, including the cost of standard delivery originally paid for the order. Any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us will not be refunded.

Refunds will be made using the same method of payment used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

The direct cost of returning the goods is your responsibility unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Exceptions

For reasons of health protection and hygiene, we may be unable to accept returns or withdrawals for products that have been opened, unsealed, used, or otherwise rendered unsuitable for resale where permitted by applicable law.

The right of withdrawal does not apply where an exemption under applicable consumer protection legislation applies.

Online Purchases

We can only process returns and withdrawal requests for purchases made directly through www.triumphanddisaster.eu.

Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will process any applicable refund and send you a confirmation email.

Retail Partner Purchases

If you purchased Triumph & Disaster products from one of our retail partners, please contact the retailer directly regarding returns, exchanges, or refunds, as their policies will apply.
